To meet the need of professional personnels for the rapid development of company, we recruited 19 reserve cadres from different majors in March 2016, and offered a two week training to the new employees through a reserve cadre training camp. Training content is extensive, involving the company culture, quality system,various processes, product development, mould& tool development, quality management, production management and other aspects, which lay the foundation for the future work of them.
During the training, the organizer also invited company executives and department managers to participate in rich and colorful activities such as outdoor barbecue, team games together with the new employees, enhancing cultural identity and improving team cohesion.
The reserve cadre training camp had been carefully prepared and organized with a complete process and a remarkable effect, not only carrying forward our company’s good customs such as attaching great importance to both personnels and training, but also reflecting the active exploration and innovation on personnel training and development mode of Leoco which has the significance of inheriting the past and ushering the future.
